Data processed to deliver the site

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like most web infrastructure, it may process IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information and security signals in server logs. This processing is necessary for delivery, abuse prevention and security; where EU/EEA law applies, our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Premier Germany guide maps are rendered as first-party static SVG and do not request map code or tiles from an external map provider. The site does not use its own behavioural analytics or advertising-pixel service.

Affiliate links and external providers

Some accommodation or activity links are affiliate links. If you follow one, the named booking provider and its attribution partners process the visit under their own privacy and cookie notices. A commission may be earned at no additional cost to you. Premier Germany does not receive your payment details or booking record from the booking form.

Partner-link attribution (Stay22)

This site does not show a consent dialog. It sets no optional cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Identified hotel and tour links are partner links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. No Germany route currently loads Stay22’s Link Monetization Automation (LMA), because provider-side Spark and Nova are enabled and do not meet our activation policy. If an earlier visit stored a privacy-choice cookie, that cookie is no longer read or set.

If LMA is re-enabled later, it may run only on one expressly approved English editorial lane per domain. Stay22 may then process ordinary request, page, device, link-interaction, and attribution data and may use cookies or browser storage under its own privacy policy and cookie policy. LMA runs on exactly one expressly approved English editorial lane per domain. Provider and hotel-Map pages, and trust, legal, editorial-methodology, noindex, 404, and machine-readable routes, remain excluded.

Stay22 hotel Maps are a separate click-to-load feature. LMA does not preload a Map.

Email, retention and recipients

If you email us, we use the address, message and attachments to answer and document the request. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. Infrastructure and affiliate providers apply their own documented retention schedules. Data may be processed outside the EEA subject to the safeguards described by each provider.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr, or to the competent authority where you live or work. We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change; the review date above will show the revision.
