Data processed to deliver the site

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like most web infrastructure, it may process IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information and security signals in server logs. This processing is necessary for delivery, abuse prevention and security; where EU/EEA law applies, our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Premier Germany guide maps are stored on this website and do not contact an external map provider. The site does not use its own behavioural analytics or advertising-pixel service.

Affiliate links and external providers

Some accommodation or activity links are affiliate links. If you follow one, the named booking provider and its attribution partners process the visit under their own privacy and cookie notices. A commission may be earned at no additional cost to you. Premier Germany does not receive your payment details or booking record from the booking form.

Optional travel dates

If you choose accommodation dates, they are kept in session storage in this tab on this site, without a visitor identifier. Clear dates removes the selected pair; closing the tab ends the session. Opening another German network guide passes the dates in its URL so it can restore your choice. The destination site and its hosting infrastructure receive that URL. Opening a booking link passes dates to Stay22 and Booking.com. Our own measurement of affiliate links does not include the dates. Hotel maps have their own date controls. If browser storage is unavailable, dates still work on the current page.

Partner-link attribution (Stay22)

Our own measurement records views and clicks on affiliate controls and booking choices without cookies or browser storage. The data sent includes the time, site, page path, language, provider, campaign, placement and destination domain. This measurement is disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.

This site does not show a consent dialog. It sets no optional cookies of its own. Identified hotel and tour links are partner links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Stay22’s Link Monetization Automation (LMA) loads independently of any previous cookie choice on travel guides and homepages in every available language, unless Global Privacy Control is enabled or Do Not Track is enabled. Any privacy-choice cookie stored by an earlier visit is no longer read or set.

Stay22 may supply relevant partner links or booking recommendations. Stay22 may process ordinary request, page, device, link-interaction and attribution data and may use cookies or browser storage under its own privacy policy and cookie policy. On pages with existing affiliate links or hotel maps, our booking links keep their original destination. Memorial pages and trust, legal, editorial-methodology, noindex, 404, and machine-readable routes, remain excluded.

Stay22 hotel Maps are a separate click-to-load feature. LMA does not preload a Map.

Email, retention and recipients

If you email us, we use the address, message and attachments to answer and document the request. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. Infrastructure and affiliate providers apply their own documented retention schedules. Data may be processed outside the EEA subject to the safeguards described by each provider.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr, or to the competent authority where you live or work. We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change; the review date above will show the revision.
